  • Abstract
In the given message results of autodyne structure of the MM transceiver with various kinds of modulation are submitted and devices for processing of the accepted signals are considered. The most preferable active element for autodyne radar are Gunn diodes surpassing other types of active elements under the basic power characteristics, and also under electric durability, reliability, stability and do not demand high values of supply voltage. In a short-wave part of a MM range InP Gunn diodes have considerably best parameters, than GaAs devices, and development of devices with the highly effective oscillator on low-current Gunn diodes can provide excellent mini-radar characteristics
