Abstract :
A control strategy for graphical applications running on remote computing resources is proposed, discussed and compared with other previous existing solutions. The advantages of this new strategy are the fact that the remote application is controlled via a simple Web interface and the fact that a light communication strategy between the client and the server codes based on XML-like messaging is used.
