Patrons´ expectations on new technologies: Faculty of humanities and social sciences library case

Changing role of academic libraries and environment in which learning process in higher education takes place will be discussed. Paper is focused on Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Library project which is a main example of the integration of information technologies at University of Zagreb. Main goal of research which will be presented is to determine expectations of patrons on information technology and software use.
