Abstract :
This paper deals with the effect of Ce on the properties of BaTiO3 based material containing Sr. New method was used to synthesize BaTiO3 based ceramic powder with the particle size 20-90 nm by use of Ti(OC4H9)4-ammoniacitric acid raw material system. BET equipment was used to measure the specific surface area of BaTiO3 based ceramic containing Sr. The test results show that Ce could improve the dielectric constant of BaTiO3 based ceramic containing Sr.
