            Abstract : 
An original, completely computerized, small-signal modeling technique for the design optimization of a compensation network of switching regulators is presented. The optimum design results in a minimum augmented integral-square-error index and meets all control dependent performance specifications. Two design examples are illustrated. SPICE-2 simulations and bench testing results are given to confirm the effectiveness of the approach.<>
