Abstract :
The technical issues of which project management tool to use are insignificant compared with the business issues-´how do I manage my people projects and priorities; what style of projects do we run; how mature is my organisation (is every project really different from all the others); and can we demonstrate we know what we are doing, and getting better at it´. The author discusses the different needs of project managers, department managers, team leaders and team members and the key project management issues they face.<>
