  • Abstract
Penetration acceleration signal is a kind of non-stationary random signal, the occurrence of which lasting a very short period of time, and the conventional time-frequency analysis and non-parametric modeling methods cannot effectively analyze and deal with such signals. In this paper, wavelet analysis theory is used to achieve the accurate analysis of the non-stationary random penetration signal, and compared with Gabor distribution and short time Fourier transform (STFT), the application of wavelet analysis is verified in the stationary random signal analysis with effectiveness and high-resolution. Also, the wavelet effectively extracts the frequency where signal occurred in characteristic moment. With the application of the characteristic frequency matched wave, correlation analysis is proceeded of the signal to obtain the penetration signal characteristics off the target, using which we can operate precise burst control of the penetrator. The accuracy of the correlation algorithm is well verified in the Simulink simulation platform and that provides basis for the live test.
