Abstract :
There are some inherent defectiveness in the present framework which is used to acquire and exploit streaming media cultural resource, such as: the users of broadcasting television network have to teleview at the specific the special time, so it is very difficult to store and review the contents. Because of the network congestion, the contents from Internet are short of video and audio information. Mailing the CD needs high cost and long time. How to index, transmit and time, the users of Internet have to search the content initiatively with some connotative sharing collisions and so on. The architecture of streaming media technology based on the cultural grid without collision is described in this paper. The key technologies of streaming media in cultural grid, including collateral broadcasting and storing of streaming media information, the multiplexing of the streaming media information, the indexing of the streaming media content are introduced in detail Finally the scaling-down experiment scheme is presented.
