Abstract :
Distributed computer control system based on the fieldbus was designed according to the current production process and technology of asphalt concrete mixer. The design of overall structure and software structure of the control system was also made. The program flows of the main program of batch control and the batch submodule were analyzed and designed. The compensation rate learning algorithm of system was developed based on the iterative self-learning control method, and the control process of algorithm routine was provided. By using the field bus structure, the operational reliability and anti-jamming capability of system were improved. With the compensation iterative self-learning algorithm, the precision of measurement and control was raised and the transmission error was reduced. The key problem of computer control technology and the field bus technology used in asphalt concrete mixer control system to realize the field control and the remote communication was solved by the design. It reduces the cost of production, increases the batch precision of production and reduces the waste material rate, which plays an important role in the development of the home-made intelligent control system of road machinery.
