Abstract :
Data envelope analysis method has a good application to the enterprise relative efficiency evaluation. The paper aiming at current situation of Chinese power supply enterprise performance evaluation, established a comprehensive performance evaluation index system. Build an improved ultra-efficient DEA crossover efficiency evaluation model, and adopt a certain actual data of eight provinces to conduct empirical analysis. The calculated results show that ultra-efficient DEA crossover efficiency evaluation model has higher accuracy in application, and the sorting is more reasonable. The application of the model provide important reference for enterprises to improve operation and management, and further improve the competitive power of Chinese power supply enterprises.
