Abstract
In this talk, the author presents results from analyzing Web testing strategies at several Fortune 500 companies, and some of the changes made to improve the return from Web testing efforts. The talk places this work in the context of the evolving technical challenges of Web testing, and considers advantages and risks of several types of change to testing processes, practices and staffing.
