  • Abstract
    The intracavity gain dynamics of an external cavity semiconductor mode-locked laser are measured, showing how pulses corresponding to different wavelengths are temporally skewed, leading to a slow gain depletion avoiding nonlinearities, which enables multiwavelength operation.
