Abstract :
This model which fits both the domestic and international problem is one that incorporates on one site a mobile switch and satellite earth station, bringing together the two great inventions of the past 30 years. The mobile user is able to communicate through the mobile switch at the earth station. The mobile user may communicate with the mobile switch to other mobile users or may dial a dedicated level to enter the satellite network. On dialling the earth station level code the mobile operator has access to a satellite line where he can then continue to dial on the international network
