Abstract
Multimedia technology, integrated with IT and communication technologies, provides wide range of services in diversified fields. These technologies are most frequently adopted in medical image processing sector, especially in medical image diagnosis. Presently, various researchers are actively conducting researches on the automation of reader system by digitalizing analogue based medical image data. The study has designed a system that performs preliminary uterine cancer diagnosis by analyzing the image of uterus of possible uterine cancer patients by applying cancer pattern. The developed system will reduce pressure and work load applied to medical doctors by performing a preliminary medical diagnosis task for them.
