Actions carried out by the French contractor´s association `SERCE´ to improve safety on electrical installations

After a brief presentation of the SERCE organisation and duties, the author shows that the SERCE has been promoting, for a long time, a safety and accident prevention policy for its members. The results of these actions have been characterized by an improvement of statistical data but a still more powerful effort had to be made to the extend the accident prevention spirit in working places. In this regard a campaign on safety in work places was launched in September 1992 and its first conclusions are presented here
