Abstract :
In this paper, the global stability is investigated for cellular neural networks with time-varying delays and uncertainty. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, the stability criterion is given in the form of LMI. The time delay dependent and independent results can be obtained. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the main results.
