Abstract :
We introduce a frequency agile extended cavity diode laser using an integrated Bragg reflector in a Ti:Fe:LiNbO3 waveguide, emitting in the 1.5-mum telecommunication window. Improved stability and efficient electro-optic frequency control are achieved.
