Abstract :
In this paper, an approach is presented to combine qualitative reliability analysis with a quantitative approach, and integrate this reliability analysis within the computer aided design process throughout all stages of product development. Furthermore, continuous reliability information and data is provided together with the CAD-development process using a “lifetime manager”
