            Abstract :
This paper proposes a generalized phased-mission system (PMS) analysis methodology called PMS-CPR that has low computational complexity and is easy to implement. PMS-CPR is capable of evaluating a wider range of more practical systems with less restrictive mission requirements, while offering more human-friendly performance indices such as multi-level grading as compared to the existing methods for PMS. Also, PMS-CPR incorporates imperfect coverage. The conventional phase-OR PMS appear as a special case of the proposed method. The advantages of the methodology are shown through an example
