Abstract
The paper deals with a model of load balancing in distributed parallel control of calls and services in telecommunications and a method for evaluating the balancing effect with respect to different load conditions in a network. Basic balancing strategies and simulation methods for evaluating load conditions and balancing algorithms are defined. Some typical results as well as a discussion on system observance are included
