Abstract :
This paper investigates the design of observer-based robust decentralized guaranteed cost controllers for a class of uncertain large-scale interconnected time-delay systems with a given quadratic cost function. The uncertainties are assumed to be norm-bounded and do not require a matching condition. Both state and input delays are considered. The conditions for the existence of the guaranteed cost controllers are derived. It is shown that the controllers can be constructed in terms of the feasible solution of the linear matrix inequalities (LMI). The closed-loop system is global quadratically stable
