Abstract :
The paper presents an updating scheme for ash cooler fluidized air system of a 410 t/h CFB boiler. The ash cooler fluidized air, which is originally designed, is provided by the independent configuration of two forced fans. By analyzing and studying the operating data of the primary air and the ash cooler fluidizing air system at various operating conditions, an optimum scheme is put up that fluidizing air of the two ash coolers is provided by its cold primary air system, instead of the two independent high-pressure fans. Therefore the boiler electric power consumption rate is decreased. The result of the updating for ash cooler fluidizing air system is satisfied.
