Abstract
This paper will describe an NMOS D/A converter chip using an 8b capacitor array, an operational amplifier and an 8- channel analog demultiplexer. Ranges and end points are programmable and the control PLA is testable. The digital interface has been designed for microprocessor-based control systems.
