Android Platform for English Tutoring

Recently, Smart phone trends starting with iPhone is growing. Smart phone equipped with the many OS(Operating System) is following such as Android, Black Berry, Linux, etc. Originally 2G phone´s style is the form that user have to adapt to phone OS. But Smart phone is developed to provide applications users want. So that is why Smart phone currently spotlighted. In this paper, we only propose the optimizing function to study English easily and conveniently such as listening and speaking study. Also, through this paper, we hope that for giving help to several developers about English application idea.
