Abstract
Aiming at the problem that users often can not retrieve useful information or the retrieved information is inaccurate, in this paper, a semantic retrieval model based on ontologies and question-answer modes is put forward. Domain knowledge representation is based on ontologies in order to improve the sharing and reusing of knowledge. Through a systematic in-depth analysis of users´ questions, the question-answer modes are given. Then, the model and its characteristics are analyzed in detail. The introduction of ontologies and question-answer modes can improve the efficiency of semantic retrieval in some degree, hence, the precision and recall of semantic retrieval would be better guaranteed.
