            Abstract : 
This paper discusses the role of topography-geomorphic in optimal design of the sewer networks, takes the coordinate parameters charactering topography-geomorphic as constraint condition, introduces the new economy parameter closely related to the coordinates and engineered meaning, gives formulas and assignment principle, and builts the linear programming model of sewer networks optimal design based on topography-geomorphic.
