Abstract :
In practical diagnose and therapy, medical ultrasound image has great application value, but as the image theory, the image has serious noise. Then, the region of interest (ROI) acquire arithmetic base on medical ultrasound image has became one key technology in medical image processing field. In this paper, the noise of medical ultrasonic image is analyzed, the adaptive histogram equalization and adaptive weighted median filtering method with good effect in image filtering field is explained in detail. The ROI acquire arithmetic base on the image processing theory like edge detection, region grow and active contour is studied systematically. Many improvable medical ultrasound images acquire arithmetic like amendatory Sobel edge detection arithmetic, Canny optimization edge detection arithmetic, amendatory region grows arithmetic and auto-snake arithmetic is used. The experiment result prove, through improve the quality of medical ultrasonic image using the excellent image pretreatment arithmetic, the arithmetic could acquire the region of interest (ROI) of medical ultrasound image very well, the practicability of the ultrasonic diagnose is enhanced, and could embody the character of pathological changes of body
