Abstract :
A method for edge detection is presented. It is based on the B-wavelet transform of an image which provides the property of local maximum in the position of an image edge. Using this property, we successful extract the edge of the image and describe a coarse-to-fine analysis. The results of using the proposed technique are presented in the case of different images
