Abstract :
We present a fluorescence optical tomography scheme which utilizes multiple non-contact experimental measurements to reduce the ill-posedness of inverse image reconstruction. The proposed tomography algorithm can successfully reconstruct multiple fluorescent targets from frequency domain fluorescence reflectance measurements.
