Abstract :
Firstly, a fuzzy associative memory pattern classifier (FAMPC) based on fuzzy set maps and the generation method of fuzzy rules is presented. Secondly, a fuzzy neural network is developed to realize the classifier based on fuzzy-neural hybrid system theories. Finally, the advantages of FAMPC are shown with an experiment by comparing it with the conventional method. The results show that FAMPC can obtain satisfactory recognition performance
