Abstract :
The development of technology, is felt in every area of our lives. Mobile Technologies have become an indispensable part of our daily lives. Related companies or developers find solutions for user requirements in the field of software or hardware continuously. However, these produces solutions covers part of the general population, so disabled users is neglected. Only blind or visually impaired persons at an advanced level, is about 2% of the world´s population. With the system that we have developed, blind or visually impaired users will be able to use any mobile device easily without help of a companion. In addition, developers who find solutions of needs of visually impaired can be develop applications which are based on the moBraille system. There is no need to learn how to use the moBraille system for visually impaired users. Because, basic Braille alphabet combinations are ready on the presented system. With this structure, applications for visually impaired users can be produced can be integrated into a working system.
