Abstract :
A non-linear pseudo-random number generator is proposed in this article. The value is produced by the generator and be mapped into binary series by piecewise mean. Experiments and statistics prove the binary series have good properties in initial value sensibility, PN character, and local randomness. The generator has been applied to the image encryption. The result show that it is efficiency and security.
