  • Abstract
    Most of the packets transmission control algorithm use the load shedding and hop-to-hop choke packet to adjust the network congestion. Each of them can ameliorate the status of packets which arrived at the destination in a certain extent, and at the same time to improve the carrying capacity with the network bandwidth. However, the packets will be lost frequently when the background flow has been jittered intensively, and that is not wanted to happen at the destination. In this paper, we design the new algorithm. This new algorithm considers the increased arrival rate, which has been produced by packet pairs in network, and this arrival rate will control the destination time interval. First, compare the packet pairs with the arrival gap value. We use this method to obtain the probability about the increased time interval at the destination by packet pairs accurately, and thus can calculation the network throughput value. Second, we can match the time interval with the increased arrival rate at the destination, and relaxation the time interval by anomalies of the arrival rate. And that can avoid the packets lost as much as possible. The experimental result shows that this new algorithm has an obvious advantage which could control the size of destination time interval and reduce the arrival rate, which is better than traditional transmission control algorithms.
