The increase of injection pressure leads to raise the contact stress of tappet roller body and emerge more serious abrasion problem. The study analyzes the movement regulations of cam roller body. The finite element calculations of contact stress on cam-follower with follower rotation are carried out with the FEM software. This study finally gets the distribution regulation of cam-roller and the influences on the regulation due to cam outline and roller figuration. Optimization of roller Figuration has been done. The result indicates that in condition that the pressure in the piston chamber is certain, the cams with proper angle of lift travel and the rollers with big radian drum bottom can reduce the contact stress of cam roller body in order to increase the using time.
