Abstract
Major in that Bell prover gas flow standard device in use is more easily influenced by environmental impacts, there are some problems that not high accuracy and low testing efficiency, etc, traditional Bell prover gas flow standard device was improved. A kind of new-style Bell Calibration System Remote Control System was designed based on the virtual instrument technology in LabVIEW platform. Moreover, it also analysis and discuss the main design points and feasibility. Use NI DAQ device realize data acquisition of the operation process, and then use LabVIEW + DSC complete bell running state monitoring and data-processing functions. By using the Web Publishing tools in LabVIEW, the monitoring and control system interface will be published on the Web page, so remote client can monitor and control the scene of industrial through the browser, the monitoring and control based on network could be easily realized. Test results show that the control system has accurate measure, safe and reliable, user-friendly interface.
