Abstract :
In this paper, a new transform algorithm, transform from TOA to PRI (TTP) is proposed. The algorithm only needs a pulse time of arrival (TOA) to obtain the instantaneous corresponding estimation of the pulse repetition interval (PRI). The method is effective not only for periodic radar pulse trains but also for complicated interleaved pulse trains, which include several pulse trains with periods varying according to some complicated rules such as pseudo-random variation, stagger, etc. It is also robust in situations that some pulses are missed and a small number of spurious pulses are mixed
