Abstract :
The principle of coupling of doubly re-entrant cylindrical cavity with coaxial line is studied and an approximate formula for estimating the loaded quality factor is obtained. The estimated result of a practical example is compared with the simulation calculation result of ISFEL 3D and proved to be reasonable.
