  • Abstract
    There are bound states in bends quantum wire, which can be observed, but detailed mapping of such states is difficult. However, there is a one-to-one correspondence between wave function of free electrons in 2D system, and electric fields of TE mode in rectangular waveguides with the same cross section as the 2D system. Then we can use simulation electronic magnet code such as MAGIC code mapping some character of quantum wires by giving some simulation results of TE mode in rectangular waveguide.
