  • Abstract
    An optically-coupled crosspoint array with a > 450V breakover voltage, dV/dt > 2000v/μs capability < 5mA gate sensitivity, will be reported. Device, fabricated as a double gate MOSFET,has RC discharge circuitry on a PNPN element.
