Abstract
Based on knowledge fermenting theory, this paper analyzed the current situation and obstacles of organizational learning (OL) in its implementation process. Firstly, it analyzed the external driving force and the internal driving force of OL from the angle of knowledge enzyme. Secondly, it analyzed the knowledge source of OL from the concept of knowledge sourdough and knowledge matrix. Thirdly, the impact of various elements in the fermentation bar on OL is analyzed. Finally, it explored the contents and the technologies of OL. The correct assessment of the actuality make for bringing forward correct strategy for OL, therefore this paper would provide the useful reference for the smooth implementation of OL.
