Abstract
The high failure ratio of BPR makes it necessary to evaluate the risks in the process of BPR actualization. In this paper, Based on study findings and the actual survey of enterprises for BPR risk assessment we set up the model of BPR risk assessment. The model is helpful to the manager in decision-making. In addition, the research data and Empirical Analysis of results will help enterprises to improve the flow and optimize the limited resources, so as to improve the performance of BPR.
