Abstract
Due to the isochore structures associate with many important biological functions, a good segment algorithm for the isochore boundaries will provide much insight into the understanding of the human genome. The isochore map of human genome has been obtained by an algorithm based on the technique of GCDT in this paper. The obtained boundaries match well with the GCDT images in visualization. The human genome has very clear isochore structures.
