Abstract
This paper proposes a new dynamic key encryption algorithm based on coupled chaotic systems. This algorithm improves the system security, guarantees the system key space, and realizes the idea of one-time pad. With the merits such as fast operation speed, high security performance, non-extra distortion, precise restoration, the algorithm extremely suits to the Web encryption.
