            Abstract : 
We propose a 4×4-element corporate-feed waveguide slot array antenna with cavities for the 120 GHz band. In order to compensate the mutual coupling effects among neighbored slots, a cavity structure is employed for each radiating slot. As a result, broad bandwidth characteristic is achieved in a small-sized array. The reflection bandwidth is 12.0% for VSWR <; 1.5. The peak gain is 21.2 dBi with 80% antenna efficiency.
