Based on the investigation of the status in the power network, the optimal operation and energy-saving technological transformation of Tu-ha oil field distribution network is the use of optimal operation oil field power system and the best energy saving results of the computer utility software, using electronic computer analysis, computation in a strict theoretical basis, discovering the best energy-saving measures and the largest energy-saving effect of distribution network, in connection with reality, to find the most suitable optimization program. This project is discussed the choice and control theory of the dispersed concentrated compensation scheme, and evaluated the effect of the transformation. At the same time, network theory configuration is applied so that dedicated network has a special grant ways, the power factor of its oil region reached above 0.9, and it has made significant energy efficiency and social benefits. The decision support system have further improved and it provides a theoretical and practical preparation for optimization and comprehensive benefits of Xin-jiang oilfield network.
