  • Abstract
    In this paper, it introduces a intelligent identification system based on embedded video acquisition aiming at non-parking zone control in ITS(intelligent transportation system).Background differencing method is adopted to control the non-parking zone and pick up the effective information automatically and intelligently. The system uses embedded XScale micro-frame processor of Intel and some embedded periphery chip so that it operates easily and has a low price.
