Abstract :
Space-time block coding (STBC) is a powerful transmit diversity scheme for multiple-input and multiple-output (MIMO) antennas systems. The M-ary phase-shift keying (MPSK) performance of STBC scheme is analyzed with the MIMO system in independent and quasi-static flat Rayleigh fading channels. In this paper, we present the bit-error rate (BER) of STBC system with Chernoff upper bound and also mathematic BER expression for system performance evaluation. Compared with Monte-Carlo simulation results, our theoretical results are confident and more important.
