Abstract :
The life span of flash memory, used for Embedded Controller, is mainly decided by the times of being erased, while the traditional process communication means should read and write the flash memory frequently or have lots of constraints for the using of SDRM. In order to minimize the number of erasing flash memory, this paper presents process communication based on proc VFS. The proc VFS is not connected with any physical device, process communication with it only works in the SDRM and does not erase the memory any more. Firstly, we illustrate the proc VFS working mechanisms, introduce the main points of running as a daemon in detail, and then present networked control systems(NCSs) based on implementation. The research displays that the proc VFS has obvious advantages to the traditional processes communications in minimizing the erasing number of memory.
