Abstract
The paper designs a method based on RS-485 to achieve the communication between the VDR system and the detection system on having an alarm-reporting function when the navigation light´s filament is in a state of broken wire. In this paper, the overall structure of the system is put forward, the system´s hardware is designed and communication protocol is provided as well as the simulation debugging is carried out.
