Abstract
The characteristics of Internet specific area router-level topology are lack of research. Based on skitter data provided by CAIDA and the IP addresses allocation information provided by ICANN, we extract the IP paths in 4 Asia-Pacific countries and aggregate them into router-level topologies by domain name. The network size and general topology properties of 4 countries are analyzed and compared. Analysis results show that every country network topology has similar properties on several metrics. The power law does not fit the degree distribution of main Asia-Pacific country topologies strictly, which is different from the research result of AS-level topology.
